Assistant Manager Trainee
Brief Description Of Positions Responsibilities and Duties:
The responsibilities of the day to day operations of our stores are looked after by the Store Manager and the Assistant Manager. Their responsibilities are to ensure the stores profitability through sales and customer service, that all company policies and procedures are adhered to, and that the skills of all associates of the company are being developed. The store management must achieve these goals while maintaining their own personal sales statistics. As an assistant manager trainee, you will be taught how to look after the complete operations of a store.
Qualifications Required:
- Fluent in English (both oral and written)
- Self-Motivated
- Positive Attitude
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Strong Problem Solving Abilities
- Strong Basic Mathematics Skills

Our sales associates are responsible for looking after every facet of customer service. The goal of a sales specialist is to establish a relationship for life with every one of our customers. Sales specialists are able to achieve this goal through the personal care and attention they provide our customers while they are in the store and by ensuring that all of the policies and procedures of the company are followed. Sales specialists are also responsible for helping to maintain the appearance of our products and our showrooms.

Brief Description Of Positions Responsibilities and Duties:
Our delivery specialists are the last contact that our customers have with the store, and as a result are responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service. They are responsible for maintaining the company vehicles, for ensuring that our warehouses and showrooms are always kept stocked and clean, and for delivering and picking up products from our customers.
Qualifications Required:
- Fluent in English (both oral and written)
- Self-Motivated

- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Valid Driver's License (an abstract will be required before hiring)

On The Road Collector
Brief Description Of Positions Responsibilities and Duties:
Our on the road collectors are responsible for contacting customers that are past due by visiting them at their residence in an effort to make arrangements for them to either make their payment or return the product while providing the highest level of customer service to ensure that we keep them as our customer.
